Mcdonald's - Miami

I visited recently and a gentleman named Alex took my order. He was incredibly friendly and respectful. I could tell he was genuinely engaged, and I appreciated that as a former McDonald's employee, I understand how challenging it can be. Despite this, he maintained a wonderfully positive attitude throughout our interaction. I believe he deserves some recognition for his outstanding service.

I recently stopped by to grab a McChicken after work for my granddaughter, and I have to say that my experience with the charming young man at the drive-thru has shown me that today's youth are not entirely spoiled. He was charismatic and patient, making him perfect for the job, and I was very satisfied with my experience. He introduced himself as Alexander. Usually, people in that position are rushed and irritable, but he was quite the opposite. Great service and a wonderful experience!

I want to start by highlighting the kind and hardworking staff at this restaurant. When I approached the counter, I was greeted by a friendly young man named Alex Rodriguez, who welcomed me with a big smile. I have no complaints; he was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He understands how to treat the people of Miami.

Quality is always consistent, but there is one worker working on the thru window tomorrow (which is responsible for transferring orders to customers) who has a clear job problem. I have found out today that it is not receptive to the needs of the customer. I had told her again and again that I did not require the use of a plastic spoon with my flea; She said okay, but of course, when she gave me my order, I found a plastic spoon. that has always been my place when I am in miami (and since I was raised in the opposite) but it is a shame that the experience is today brought to shame by an rude hired.

I have been coming to McDonald's for many years it was excellent then .today it's amazing. The management and there personal are outstanding the services and the food always hot and the French fries are out of this world. I love this McDonald's may God bless them all ways Andres garcia
