Five Guys - Miami

It was my first time at Five Guys, and I was recommended this place by an acquaintance who claimed they serve the best hamburgers in the fast food scene. Unfortunately, I have to disagree. While the service was good and the atmosphere had a classic American fast food vibe, my experience with the food was disappointing. The quality of my bacon cheeseburger was lacking; the bread was greasy and soggy, the bacon was overcooked, and the French fries were excessively salty. Also, I found the prices to be quite high for a fast food restaurant—my meal, which included a bacon cheeseburger, a regular cheeseburger, a regular fries, and a regular Coke, came to over $40 before tips. Perhaps I just had bad luck, but I expected more.

Five Guys is one of the best burger spots around. The burgers are always fresh and cooked to perfection. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
