Don Favio's Pizza - Miami

Ordered pizza to be delivered to our hotel that was 5 minutes away ans it took them almost two hours to deliver it, after giving us an ETA of 10-15 minutes. The food was cold when it did finally arriveFood: 1/5

If you like ordering pizza and not having it delivered before you travel and leave an 8 year old hanging this is the place for you!!! Left 2 hours for delivery. Started calling an hour in. All calls went unanswered. Ugh, so disappointing.

Ordered pizza and mozzarella sticks at 501pm (maybe 505 by the time the call ended) and was given a quoted delivery time of 40-55 minutes. Called at 610 and was told it was en route and would be here very soon. Called back at 630 and again told that it would be here soon (only 3 blocks away). Did NOTHING to make up for taking twice the time they quoted to be delivered. Did not even apologize. Here we are at 636... still waiting. No idea how the food is yet, but customer service definitely leaves something to be desired.Food finally arrived at 637. 1 hour and 36 minutes for pizza and mozzarella sticks to go 7 minutes.The pizza is almost lukewarm... cheese sticks are cold. No surprise after riding around in the car for over an hour...

Had a margarita pizza delivered and it tastes like the frozen type from the supermarket. The meatball sub was horrible also. Neither of which seemed to have any quality nor good flavor.

Pizza arrived on time !Food is great !Lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo where goooodddd.Pizza was on point with the texture and flavor
