Dairy Queen - Miami

This restaurant is my favorite place to be! The owner is always present, making sure everything runs smoothly. His attention to detail is exactly what every business needs to thrive. Additionally, there is a young woman who efficiently fulfills all customer requests. I highly recommend asking for extra toppings, as they quadruple the amount at no extra cost. It's definitely worth it!

This is a typical Dairy Queen located in a strip shopping center. The two employees working were very attentive and efficient in taking and fulfilling orders. There are a few tables and chairs for customers to sit and eat, but there are no outdoor seating options.

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent, the cashier is very friendly, and the place is very clean.

The restaurant has deteriorated under new ownership. The staff is disrespectful and indifferent. They played music with inappropriate language and laughed at my upset son. While the store may have been updated, the level of customer service and overall experience has greatly declined. I will not be coming back.

I used to hate this place!! But thankfully after being under new management, it is the best.
