5 employees. Only ONE helps customers. All others made cakes right in front to sell in freezers. ONE person in front of me, chatting all other employees (no one time waiting for a paying customer). 10 min later I asked if there was only 1 person who was completely ignored. I said noisy at this point, how do you have so many employees in the front, but only ONE helps a paying customer wait? They looked like they didn't know what to say, then apologised their cakes for the freezer.... at this point I went out.... sown on money and calories! Totally disappointed by companies who are looking for customers but offer the worst customer service

Yesterday I have eaten an order by over (a cake to celebrate my father's birthday). the girl who supplies the order to the woman from the uber gives her the wrong order, they give me an ice cream instead of a cake. When I call, they just tell me: I'm sorry, you can get the cake and I'll give you a free cookie or I can give you your money back. CONCLUSION: If I ask to eat it, it is because I cannot go for it and besides the inconvenience to have unqualified staff, they tell me to go and they really give me a COOKIES! that was the solution he gave me manager. They ruined my father's surprise and gave us our money back.

If you want to experience the worst customer service, this is the place to go! I have there at 7:48 to pick up my online order, left at 8:24, 5 employees, only to talk to each other.

If I could give this young ladies a zero, they would wait about 8 customers in the line to order, and these 3 young ladies had a full conversation ahead of all they had zero worries about us the customers who waited.. Whoever belongs to this location, these girls need to train everywhere and watch them on your camera to make sure they do? re do there jobs instead of blowing and leading conversations and ignore customers.

Came during rush hour and all of the girls working were really nice especially one wearing a pink mask that spoke spanish! ice cream was delicious and i am satisfied. 5/5.
