The dulce de leche waffle for dessert was amazing!! We've eaten at many Argentinean restaurants and for the money this is the best place we've been to! Highly recommend this spot you will definitely love it! If my mom, who is Argentinean and cooks amazing approves, you know the food has to be great!
This place is amazing. The food was delicious surprisingly affordable. We arrived for an early lunch there was only the 1 waitress for the 3 tables but within minutes, place began to fill up that waitress, Nina took care of everyone without missing a beat. Best meats, pizzas, sandwiches a great selection of beers. Good for families, too.
My boyfriend and I visited on a casual weekday for lunch, and we were absolutely amazed. We kicked off our meal with the Chorifrita and an assortment of empanadas as appetizers. The Chorifrita ($8) features chorizo, salchicha parrillera, fries, chimi, mayo, and pink sauce—oh my goodness! This is not your average salchipapas; Che Milanesa has elevated this typical dish by using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients (even the fries were delicious thanks to their seasoning). Next, we tried the empanadas filled with chorizo, spinach, corn, and fugazza. Honestly, these were among the best empanadas I've ever had, with the chorizo being the standout. Instead of the usual red chorizo, they use a different kind that is removed from its casing and mixed with fresh ingredients, creating an unforgettable savory and sweet flavor that’s hard to describe! I recommend trying any of the empanadas; they're all made fresh and are definitely worth it! The appetizers were quite filling, and thankfully I came hungry because on any other day, I might not have managed a full entree. We were so impressed with the flavors of our starters that we each decided to order a milanesa for ourselves; a fair warning: one could easily be shared since they are enormous and incredibly satisfying! I opted for their house milanesa (the Che Milanesa) topped with chimichurri, ham, bacon, mozzarella, and two fried eggs. My boyfriend chose the new Callejera, which includes mozzarella, tomato slices, bacon, green olives, oregano, and two fried eggs. Both were outstanding! The steak was cooked to perfection, and the breading stayed intact, unlike at other restaurants where it separates. I could only finish half and saved the other half for breakfast the next day, still grinning with every bite! They offer Veza Sur (the perfect mango beer for a hot day) and other beer options, so I highly recommend this place for a hearty lunch, dinner, or delightful brunch! If you're a fan of milanesas like I am, you really don't know what you're missing by not visiting Che Milanesa! Check them out on Instagram: @KFitzEats.
The food was incredible! We ordered the Colombiana, which came with one chicken and one steak. Both were perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The fries were seasoned just right. The service was outstanding! Don't miss out on their chimichurri sauce—it's absolutely delicious!
What an incredible place! I attended the Beer Pairing dinner, and it was fantastic. We had a wonderful time, and the food was outstanding. The breaded chicken and steak were both excellent, but the Key Lime pie was truly to die for. Be sure to check them out if you have the opportunity!
