Arby's - Miami

That was awful. I ordered just two simple things - a 5-piece chicken tender and a large order of curly fries. The food was dripping with oil and had a strange smell, not the usual oil they use. I started eating, hoping it would still taste good, but no! It tasted like it had been fried in popcorn oil! The flavor was terrible, it left a bad aftertaste, and my mouth was left feeling oily.

The staff is always friendly and engaging. The food is served hot and fresh. My chihuahua, Willie Jack, absolutely loved his turkey slider.

We ordered and paid for our food, only to be asked to move forward because it wasn't ready yet. After waiting for 25 minutes, someone finally brought out our food and explained that it had taken so long they had to remake it. The food was delicious, but we wished they had communicated the wait time to us.

The last two paintings I was the bark meat, was cut so thick that they might get 4-5 pieces on a classic roast beef! When I pointed out and asked for a replacement, I was told: “We can’t do anything about it, the slicer is not properly cleaned”So they clean it! absolutely no excuse.

The worst food ever!! Cold and terrible tasting had to throw it away. Will never eat there again.
