An employee on Saturday, that's ridiculous. Metro does not take care of their consumers time. Exploration best. Don't come back.
I had the worst service I've experienced in seven years at this place. I stood in front of the girl behind the counter for ten minutes while she prepared two sandwiches, and she didn't even acknowledge me or let me know I could wait. It was as if I didn’t exist. Then a boy came over, and without even saying hello, he asked what I wanted. I told him I wanted a pizza, but he informed me that the oven was broken and he couldn't make it. I suggested that he at least heat it in the other oven next door, and he said no. Frustrated, I turned around and left. I will never come back here, and it's a shame because I know you run this place well due to your good relationships, but the service from these two is terrible. They really need to improve their customer service skills.
I've visited this restaurant multiple times, and each time it has been quite empty. The staff is very attentive, and the place is always clean.
