フィードバックを提供するI always order from this store and my order was made without issues. But the last two had been terrible. My coffee today was half empty. I ask them if they just added milk. Now my coffee has no flavor whatsoever. Quality going down the toilet.
This is the first time my coffee didn’t taste anything like I’d expect from Starbucks. To make matters worse, the cup was only half full. It was especially disappointing on a day like today when I was already feeling down after losing a family member and was just trying to get an extra coffee for a loved one.
I visited a Starbucks recently, and I was disappointed to find that all the indoor seating was blocked off, forcing everyone to sit outside in the sweltering Florida heat. When I asked the staff about it, they had no explanation. Additionally, Google Maps indicates that indoor dining is open, which should definitely be updated. It's frustrating that a business would keep its doors open while closing off all indoor seating. I won't be returning to this Starbucks; it feels like poor management.
I really love this location—the atmosphere and the staff's attitude are great! However, they always seem to mess up my order. I ordered a venti mocha cookie crumble frappuccino and paid for it, but I received a mocha frappuccino instead, with no crumbles or chocolate syrup. From what I've heard, that costs less! If they can get my order right, I will gladly change my rating to five stars.
I'm from Texas but my sister has lived in Miami Springs for a while now. We have visited this Starbucks a countless number of times. The staff has ALWAYS been nice. Our drinks have always been tasty. And as crazy as the circle can get with traffic it's still a place we love to visit while in Miami Springs every summer. We have spent many years enjoying this location. Pic is 8yrs difference with teenagers now still enjoying their vanilla bean fraps
