Mcdonald's - Miami Springs

The restaurant only offers drive-thru service, but the service is quick. The new guava and cheese pastries are delicious and reasonably priced.

I would not recommend this restaurant. The staff is unresponsive and takes a long time to take orders. The food preparation is also very slow. It's best to avoid coming here, as you will likely wait a long time just to have your order taken and receive your food.

I've been visiting this McDonald's since it first opened many years ago. The restaurant has been remodeled three times, and I consistently find myself comparing it to other locations in Miami. None of them meet my expectations like this one does. The service here is prompt—if your order takes longer, you can park, and the food will be brought to you shortly. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Plus, it's conveniently located on an accessible road, making it easy to get in and out.

Slow, slow, SLOW drive thru. 20 minutes for an uber order of 2 mcchickens and a coke.

Worst drive through. Always slow. Incompetent staff is problem. They are always chit-chatting. One of the two drive through lanes is usually closed off with orange cones. The registers go bonkers often and slow things down even more (that's one of their favorite excuses). Its pathetic in the mornings. I've often just driven back out without ordering afraid to be late for work. The blonde manager is inept. They are always running around almost numbing into each other. This place is badly managed.
