Dunkin' - Miami Shores

Excellent Dunkin' Donuts! The donuts here are always super fresh, and the coffee is fantastic as well. Service is prompt, and there are plenty of seating options available. Additionally, there's parking available in the back.

I couldn't even wash my hands before breakfast because, according to the cashier, there was no key for the bathroom.

The manager was quite professional, but the barista who prepared the coffee drinks was very rude. She didn’t say a word to me, and when I asked her not to fill my cup with ice, she just placed my cup down and started sweeping the floor. When she finally made my drink, she got it wrong, and the manager had to step in and remind her to check the receipts attached to the cups. This meant my drink had to be made over again, and unfortunately, it turned out too sweet. The manager had to add more coffee to make it taste more like a cold brew.

Ladies know how I like my coffee and have it right everytime.

Love it but whenever I order online they get some of the donuts write but they always get at least 1 or 2 donuts that I didn?t even order!
