Latin American Grill - Miami Lakes

I happened to be hungry and decided to stop by. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed the Cuban coffee—it's a must-try at least once!

I really enjoy the food at this restaurant, but I think they need to improve their customer service. When you arrive and see a line at the walk-up window with only one person serving, it's frustrating to see other staff members just standing at the counter chatting instead of lending a hand. They should pitch in to help the one at the window.

With the economy the way it is, this is a great place to go with all your family. The portions are Super, Taste is great and Price is the Best. Friendly, Clean, Etc. We Love it.

Good food with a Latin feel. Menus in both English and Spanish!! I used to go here every week for a medianoche which is the best item on the menu!

It seems that the new staff, including the managers, could benefit from some additional customer service training. I waited 20 minutes to place my order, and the waitress seemed uncertain about the menu. When I asked to speak with the manager, he appeared too preoccupied with conversation and eating to assist.
