Dr. Gianne Castellanos is amazing! She has been treating our entire family for over a decade. She was the only specialist in Miami that offered a good solution for our kid 's miopia by avoiding the use of eyeglasses as some kids don 't like to wear them. She also recommend us to perform vision therapy which also helped our kids to improve their vision. Besides being knowledgeable, she is also amazing, kind and very nice. Thank you Dr. Gianne, you are the best!!

THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY HEREI came to this office for scleral lens. At the beginning everything was going great but they could never get my correct size. I had to reschedule one of my appointments for 4 days later when I went to that fitting appointment they claimed “we can’t modify the contacts anymore because you rescheduled” now I’m stuck with none fitting lens that are making my vision 10x worse. If I can save someone from wasting their $2000 just go to bascom Palmer they are not money hungry

Nice facility, great and friendly staff, reason for the 1 start review, office manager does not know how to listen to patients. Went there for a contact lenses check up, they verified my insurance over the phone told me my copay everything was going great until I told her I don’t wear soft contacts just the regular rigid. She told me in that case the copay will be $1,070.00 I asked her several times to double check before I leave because I’m wearing the same contacts since I’m 10 years old and never that amount even when I was paying out of my own expense. The answer was I’m the office manager and I know our prices. Definitely need to have someone in front of customer that at first is willing to listen to the customer and verify the information if necessary. Thank you that I found that my old doctor just open her own facility and my went there and pay less than $100 for the consultation. Shame on the office manager that refuse to listen and double check the information.

Dr. Castellanos and her staff are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. Eye Candy is located right on Main Street. It's a very central location. The office is clean and features state of the art technology. I had a great experience, and my exam went very smoothly. They accommodated my appointment since I had accidentally scheduled it at their other office and showed up in this one.I highly recommend Eye Candy for your optical needs!I will be making future appointments for both my kids.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this location. The receptionist was rude and dismissive when I simply went to check on my order. Despite being told they would arrive within a week and a half and they allegedly “will call you” even tho they never do), I was met with hostility and disrespect when I returned two weeks later. The employee even laughed at me when I asked about my order. I would not recommend this location to anyone and suggest finding another place to order your contacts.
