Anacapri Italian Kitchen - Miami Lakes

This is not Italian food. I don't know what this was. We ordered a kids spaghetti and meatballs, which was 12 dollars, and brought a normal portion of spaghetti and 2 meatballs. The regular sized entree of spaghetti and meatballs was actually on the menu as a build your own pasta, which was apparently just pasta and sauce, for 25 dollars, adding meatballs would be an additional 12 dollars. It was a little more spaghetti, sauce, and 3 meatballs instead of 2 than the 12 dollar child portion. Now, I'm not that great at math, but 37 dollars for a regular size portion of spaghetti and meatballs is beyond excessive. So I was essentially paying 25 more dollars for 1 more meatball and another scoop of spaghetti. The meatballs were inedible, and tasted and looked like they were frozen and reheated. For 37 dollars I was expecting the best spaghetti and meatballs I had ever eaten, instead, it was the worst. The sauce on everything was overly sweet. The chicken parmesan was rubbery and tasteless. The eggplant parmesan cost almost the same as the chicken parmesan and no side was included, just eggplant, which was just 2 slices of eggplant breaded and fried and stacked on top of each other with the same sweet sauce and cheese. Everything was terrible and none of us could finish our meals. We were at least not charged for our meal, but we made sure to tip our waiter anyway because it wasn't his fault and he was actually good. We will not be going back. Overpriced and low quality food.

We went for Mother’s Day and it was amazing! They had a special Mother’s Day menu and it was amazing, we ordered something based on the prepared menu and everything was delicious. It was all good quality and we all had an amazing time. The restaurant was nice and cozy, the attention was amazing, the food came out in a timely Matter. Would recommend if you’re looking for good Italian food!

Service was slow, food was EXTREMELY salty and they forgot one of our entrees. We had a party of 9 and they completely forgot one persons meal. Also drinks were supposed to be happy hour prices and they charged us full price. NEVER going back!

Went for my boyfriends birthday and he was very happy with the whole experience. Food was delicious and the ambiance was cute. They had a live jazz singer. Overall highly recommend and 5/5 stars.

We chose Anacapri's because it offered Al fresco dining and because of their online menu offerings. The food was authentic and exceptionally delicious. Our server, Paolo, was quite helpful and efficient. When in the area again, we most definitely will return.
