Wendy's - Miami Gardens

As I was enjoying my sandwich, I glanced down at the bite I had just taken and noticed an odd substance emerging from the patty. I couldn't tell if it was undercooked or just some fat, but either way, it was unacceptable.

The staff at this Wendy's needs to be addressed. They were rude and slow, and clearly need more training. It took 20 minutes to receive a sandwich, and the fries were cold. The customer service was very disappointing. The management should evaluate their employees and provide proper training. I won't be returning.

I would recommend avoiding this place. We went during Rolling Loud around 2 PM, and two of my friends had their credit card information stolen, with one card being charged over $1,000. I tried calling to address the issue, but the customer service was unhelpful.

Cashier was rude, and the counter was so dirty, I would understand if the place busy. Love Wendy's but this is the worst.
