Starbucks - Miami Gardens

So disappointed. This is nothing like the Starbucks I?m used to visiting. It?s very dirty, no customer service, incorrect orders, and not to mention it took 20 minutes. Flies, floor nasty, counter dirty, and employees were slipping and sliding making drinks.

I just wanted to say that Angie is amazing. Her customer service is impeccable and should not go unnoticed. She goes above and beyond. Just her smile and God?s light she has is a blessing. I look forward to seeing her in the mornings when I order in drive thru. ??????????

This is the nicest Starbucks I've ever been to. It is very spacious. The artwork and decor is beautiful. There are many outlets to plug in your laptop and get to work. The staff is nice too.

I normally go here about 3-5x per month, especially in the fall. I love their fall flavors. Their Customers Service is always great. ????

Please explain to me how am I supposed to drink this, ON-THE-GO, if I can?t even reach the straw. I asked for a different top and the didn?t have any. I asked for a longer straw, they didn?t have any. I asked for a different cup or something and I was instructed to take the lid off and drink it that way! Wow, this store needs reshaping badly. I will not be spending money at this location any longer.
