Starbucks Coffee - Miami Beach

I am only giving this restaurant one star because they are out of pumpkin spice. It just came out and they should have ordered more before running out, especially as a busy Starbucks location. The management needs to improve. Additionally, the place was not clean with water on the floor, which is very dangerous.

I have been to this Starbucks many times and the service is always the worst compared to other locations. I find it frustrating that they use cold milk for hot coffee and then want to charge extra for warm milk when the coffee turns out cold. They also only provide cold milk, no creamers. Additionally, they do not have bags for purchases and the tables are always dirty. Asking for a receipt can be a hassle and the staff does not seem friendly or attentive. They do not appear to prioritize cleanliness, with some staff showing signs of tiredness and lack of cleanliness. Despite being the nearest Starbucks to me, my experiences there are never pleasant. There are limited vegetarian options and parking in the Miami Beach area is not free.

I adore Starbucks and the way they make me feel special. They serve the best coffee in the world, which brings me so much joy. At this particular Starbucks, they made me a cup of coffee with a leaf on top that tasted delicious. The little touches they add are amazing. I left feeling like a champion and I can't wait to go back. Thank you, Starbucks, I love you.

It is slightly frustrating that the Miami beach locations have removed outlets as so many people use their phones to pay but are often low or out of battery from the beach etcAnd don't try the new olive oil drink... made me so sick and simply not good.

Well I bought a coffe and wanted to sit outside at a table to enjoy my coffee. One of the staffs came and took the chair. He was rude when I was trying to explain him. I was thinking customer first. Apparently not.
