I used to come to this restaurant every Sunday to buy vegan donuts for my daughter and myself before church. Despite the high price, I wanted to support them. However, I began to notice that the donuts seemed stale, like they were a day old. Eventually, they stopped making them altogether without any explanation.
I recently tried the Vegan classic dozen donuts from Pink Love Donuts and was somewhat disappointed. The donuts were too doughy and mediocre for my liking. I would have preferred a sweeter taste and a lighter texture. While they weren't awful, they didn't impress me either. One downside is that there is no free parking at Pink Love Donuts, and you have to pay for street parking. Overall, I would rate these donuts 3 out of 5 stars. They're decent, but not outstanding. If you're looking for an exceptional vegan donut, I would suggest trying a different establishment.
These place is pretty cute! Not as many vegan options as Id hope but many vegan donut options. Happy cows says vegan croissants, empanadas, quiche- there is none
The crème brûlée was my favorite and the lemon poppy seed was really good too. i will definitely revisit to try more flavors. Updated from previous review on 2022-04-26
