Haagen-dazs - Miami Beach

Had a chocolate urge the other night and ordered fudge brownie with Belgian chocolate ice cream, peanuts and hot fudge? so good! Service was convenient, polite, and helpful. They heated up brownie, a five minute process, in and out. Wish I discovered this place earlier. Easy access from boardwalk. Can add to your evening exploits when enjoying the area.

Very friendly and polite waiter, amazing milkshakes!!!just almost right on the beach , plenty of parking option . What else would you need for a nice walk from this location!

I always enjoyed the quality of Haagen Dazs especially at this location where the staff are welcoming and the mood is very relaxing.

My favorite ice cream shop! I visited the original location in Portland a couple of years ago, and I'm excited to see them starting to open in Miami. I sampled their seasonal flavors, and my favorite was the Bar Au Chocolata Marzipan Chocolate Tango. The staff is fantastic, and I got to taste most of their flavors. I highly recommend this place!

Never again! I inquired about the caramel gelato in a sprinkled wafer cup, and the employee who assisted me had no gloves on, displayed poor posture, and provided terrible service. When I paid, I noticed that a $5 tip had been added to the bill without my consent. I immediately requested a refund, but I was met with a dismissive attitude and was told that we were interrupting their bathroom break.
