Is permanently closed! made go pay for parking to find out that it is close permanently. strange what I had to make a reservation! you need to fix this problem

Overrated! Went there for my son’s bday and although our server was sweet the ambiance and food were below average and overpriced!

Fun drinks, good food. We try and make it back every time we are on vacation.

Very good experience overall. My wife and I love Sugar Factory and it was our first time at the one in Miami. The food was excellent and so was the atmosphere. My only small complaint was that our waiter could have been a bit more attentive to us especially since the restaurant automatically adds the tip to your bill. In my opinion, that gives the wait staff no incentive to provide exceptional service. Our waiter was by no means bad, but he could have done a bit better in terms of checking on us throughout our meal.
