Food is excellent when properly prepared. Staff always friendly and helpful, even if something goes wrong, what is important is their customer service on the point. But when I worked in the food service, I know what to expect, and often the food is prepared for wrong, and it really affects the quality that a customer receives and can appreciate. I would like to see that the beer rings broken onions, but understand that it usually does not do the shop when special items go away, it is usually corporate.
