Little Caesars Pizza - Mexia

The customer service was abysmal. I didn't even get to the point of ordering food due to the poor quality of the staff I encountered during my visit. It felt like they were deliberately ignoring me, and at one point, a girl even hid behind the counter. I decided to leave without placing an order. If the employees aren't trained properly to greet and assist customers, I doubt they have a solid understanding of basic food hygiene practices.

Terrible customer service! No one answers the phone! The pizzas take forever to be ready, and some appear to have been sitting out for hours!

You can't beat the price here. I'm not a big fan of the crazy bread, but we absolutely love the pizza. The wings are loaded with sauce—really drenched in it! If you prefer less sauce, just ask, and they can make it that way for you.

The hot and ready pizzas are not ever ready. Sometimes it takes a while to even get someone to the window to wait on you. But you can't buy pizza any cheaper that's already cooked, so I keep going back.

The guy at the window was pleasant. Our custom pizza was completed quickly and he brought it to our vehicle. Plus the pizza was actually good!!
