On the other hand, at the time of the addition, we tell him whether it is intended a commercial gesture given the amount lost (we didn’t have a full glass to compensate so a small saké would have been nice or a glass of apero offered considering the addition to 180€. And now she tells us that she told her boss what happened but that she doesn’t want to do anything! Anyway, respect for the clientele, we'll come back... And on our side, we will no longer go.
Very bad experience in this restaurant, it’s so bad we were very accustomed! A minimum order per week, and in two experiments it is the hecatomb. I pass the details but the service is very unpleasant, while the manager is very nice, we ordered as always for the noon, we announced on the phone 12:15. At 11:45 a.m. the pounder calls me to say that he is present except that I wasn’t organizing him for 12:15... he speaks very bad on the phone, blows, and hangs on to my nose! When he arrives it is 13:30... difficult to organize for his working day after that... I kindly remind him that he hung me in the nose and gave me more news, he gets mad, speaks very badly and speaks half French! I lack respect and tell me that I would never have a delivery again! Then I learn that it is the restaurant’s boss who delivered me! Nice example of customer relations... I pass the details ... in any case I absolutely not recommend this restaurant, it is to run away if you wish to be well received for a relaxing moment!
