Casa Blanca - Methuen

I loved having a view of the Merrimack River. It can be a nice place for a date with that view. However, when I visited today it seemed like the A/C was not working properly. Not sure if it was the humidity, because of the A/C not working but the floors were slippery, or maybe was a not a great floor cleaning job. Besides that me and my family enjoyed the food and ambiance. The parking is very accessible and conveniently located on each side of the building. I would visit again, I only hope that the A/C is working by then.

This is by far the best Mexican dish I have had. Not fond of Mexican food, but I do love a whole fried fish. I ordered whole fried snapper twice. Had to request for them to cook it with a bit more salt. I did not care for the rice and small salad it came with the first time, but I requested just a good amount of salad the second time. It was great! Good size fish, and tasty. Price is reasonable, the staff is friendly, the decor is cool, but the place has a light odor that I can not describe. Perhaps they should open the doors and let the fresh air in sometimes. The place is a bit on the dark side.

I have visited this restaurant many times before, last I visited again with a friend of mine, a party of 2 people. When they brought the bill they automatically added $11.40 for the tip, prices are more expensive now. I spoke with the Manager and the response was that some customers don't leave tips, and it was the reason to automatically tip. Tips are not mandated, should not be forced. We are not going back to Casablanca Restaurant. M.

I love Mexican food and this restaurant was my favorite but they changed the menu, everything on the menu is expensive. I specified the waitress that I don’t eat spicy and cheese dip was on FIRE and my food was really salty and she didn’t even ask me if there was any problem with the food, she added her tips on bill it doesn’t matter but she barely went to the table.

Good place to go in groups and families. It has very good service, the food is delicious and abundant and there is live music with mariachis until 9. Reasonable prices and good atmosphere.
