フィードバックを提供するI understand the price increase, I understand that I was short-handed and I even understand that the charging hours are shortened. what I can't understand is that you can't see how coffee rolls on the side of a cup, makes a complete chaos and don't give to the customer what they have ordered. the best part is that they were not busy, it was early morning and I was the only one in the drive thru. it is really not worth the money...go figure!
Do you want to wait a half hour for the wrong drink 50% of the time? This is the store for you. Consistently slow and wildly inconsistent accuracy.
Staff are so sweet! frappuccinos are always so yummy, highly recommend. i also love the shaken espressos their breakfast wrap.
This was my absolute last straw with Starbucks. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 yrs. After having a terrible experience at other Starbucks many times and having awful coffee today, I will never go to another Starbucks. They lost many loyal customers due to their lack of customer service as well as serving warm milk the least amount of coffee along with minimal other ingredients to make more of a profit while charging ridiculous prices. Disgusting
Try your drink before you leave to make sure it’s what you ordered. This is the only location not out of my way and I’ve had drinks made wrong so many times and I never check til I’ve already driven away and would be late got work. This has happened end. They’ve been slow as well as busy. And they weren’t crazy drink orders. Wasted too much money at this location. Either go out of your way to a different one or go to CCs or something. Seriously not worth the $5-6 you spend on one drink.
