Rally's - Metairie

I asked for easy sauce twice during my order, but when I received my food, it was unopened right out of the bag. To make things worse, they gave me the wrong sauce! My drink was watered down and had no flavor at all. I ordered a Hi-C, and it definitely wasn't as expected. I couldn't enjoy anything I ordered, and for $16, it was a complete disappointment.

I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant! The staff were incredibly rude, and I was overcharged for my order. To make matters worse, they didn't even give me what I paid for. When I returned through the drive-thru, the employee was unhelpful and refused to fully open the window to talk with me. She kept insisting that I received what I ordered, but I can assure you, it was not what I asked for or paid for. Save yourself the trouble and just avoid this place!

How can anyone resist the fries? In my opinion, they are the best in the world.

I was delighted with very amazing tasting burgers. The price seemed a bit high but I guess I didn't take advantage of the offers that they may have had. Definitely a good deal on a hamburger if you're craving it.

The food is good. The location and service is wonderful
