Pupuseria Dona Mary Salvadoran Cuisine

The pupusas are good and the prices are fair. However, I ordered other items in the menu and they were certainly not salvadoran. I am from el salvador and can confirm that the kitchen here is not salvadoran, but honduran “Salvadoran Inspired”

The pupusa were 5 stars. they win 4 only because that was on the dry side and had to drink liquid to finish it. the price was higher than I was for pupusas, but only by a small difference. it is worth giving them an attempt. they were here for over 2 years and they only found them now. I'm going back.

Pupusas are cooked in a different way that I'm use to eat them, but not bad at all. Unfortunately I didn't get enough curtido or salad with my order of three pupusas. Salvadoreans will understand what I'm talking about. The horchata and Jamaica drinks were AWESOMELY delicious. I recommend this restaurant that not only make pupusas, they have more to offer in Fat City!!
