Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Metairie

My son is a big fan of popeyes spicy chicken sandwiches. he said that this particular metairie la (nola area) was the best he had everything, including extra spicy sauce. overall the load seemed clean including toilets. there seemed to be some active renovations so I don't touch them. marquee sign under dingen that need replaced/repaired. the staff was polite.

On April 7th, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich for my sister's young son. I tried to cut it in half for him, but to my shock, there were bones in it! My nephew could have easily broken a tooth or even hurt himself with those! I've tried to raise my concerns, but I haven't received any response. I was told that a manager would call me in a few days, but I’m not interested. I will never go back to this restaurant again.

I forgot half of my order. Instead of a Coke, they gave me two sweet teas with my red beans. After realizing this, I drove 10 minutes back to the restaurant to get my missing items. They handed me the sweet teas and Coke, but when I asked about the red beans, they informed me that they weren’t available at the front and wouldn’t give them to me, despite the fact that I had ordered them. I suggested they could prepare my red beans so I wouldn’t have to make another trip, but I'm still waiting for them. They seemed annoyed that I dared to return for the food I had already paid for. I won’t be coming back.

I ordered two desserts when I arrived to pick up my order, but it wasn't even close to being ready. They weren't even aware of my online order! Then, I was informed that they were out of the desserts I wanted. I asked for an alternative, but the girl simply turned around and walked away. After they finally got my order together, I noticed I was charged for items I didn't receive. When I inquired about it, she told me I needed to contact customer service to get my $20 refund. I tried repeatedly to reach customer service, but to no avail! The staff was rude and completely unhelpful. I will never return to this restaurant!
