フィードバックを提供するWe ordered bagels, bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and a fresh fruit perfume. You forgot to make the parfait. Èverything was delicious. Will be back.
Inconsistent. Sometimes soup is watery, sometimes thick. Sometimes it's super hot and sometimes is not. Same with the French bread. Quality of prepared food is decent. Great selection of pastries and specialty bread. Free ample parking
I need to stay gluten-free and while I understand that most Panera bread pieces could have cross-contamination, usually their power bowls are good for me. I tell the person who takes my order that I am gluten-free and usually the person who prepares my food, the gloves and everything is good. Today, the girl who took my order seemed very confused about what was GF and when I asked not to serve the bread on the side, she said she would have put it on the side. I continued, no, not at all. Needless to say, the food was delicious and I had a mild reaction to the food - who knows. The environment is like any other panera, moderate.
Eating looks pretty good, but if you need to do a mobile pickup, it is obvious that they prioritize customers in the building. pick-up times range from 20 to 30 minutes. when they eat, it seems like a nice experience, but I would go from somewhere else until management turns out a better process.
I am a 64 year old unwell woman with both physical and mental conditions and me and my son got treated just deplorably yesterday at this Panera Bread location. I don 't want to say all details but all because I complained about my Cappuccino coffee being made just terrible, this worker with a very bad attitude towards me acts very put out that she had to remake my coffee. And she remakes my coffee so boiling that it burnt the inside of my mouth. My son goes up to tell them and this other older woman worker makes a very hurtful, uncalled for remark he overheard. She declares to the other worker They do this every time they come here and the thing is that was only our 2nd visit at that Panera Bread. They don 't know how to properly make a Cappuccino and they put way to much milk for the coffee to taste good and with no foam or barely any foam. So then my son goes to complain the the manager and the manager comes over to talk with us. Well, to make a long story short the manager comes back over after some minutes and treats us just atrociously telling us we had to leave. And I asked if I could use the restroom and she says no. And I tell her I have overactive bladder and she still says no that I can 't go use the restroom that we had to leave then and there. I sit here feeling all the tremendous mental hurt from this terrible treatment by this manager and her 2 workers. This is one of the worst people experiences we 've ever had and we 've had tons of them. Both me and my son have been terribly upset by the demeaning way we were treated. We feel like we were treated very differentially not to mention discriminatory. We are thinking we should no longer go to any more coffee shops or restaurants because most every time we do, we get treated badly. Then to top all the unpleasantness off, in the bathroom I was telling this woman a little about it and she having no compassion or sympathy at all, looks at me like I 'm crazy and goes out the door fakely saying Have a nice day! .
