Moe's Southwest Grill - Metairie

I placed an order online. Said order ready at 11:30. It?s now 12:08 and still not ready. Finally ready at 12:13. Sounds like the ladies having disagreements. Ordered 6 tacos. 3 on each order. They messed those all up. 3 tacos was the same and the other 3was different . If you all can?t handle multi tacos with different items without getting them messed up maybe you need to keepto the basic tacos. My coworker was only able to eat 1 of her 3 tacos. Jalapeños was put on 5 tacos instead of 3. Thequesadilla was made first and sat there under the light and the ends was burnt. This was our first time eating here and probablyour last time. Very disappointed and the unprofessional talking among the coworkers.

Go here, and you're going to wish you listened to my review. My boyfriend, and I went here for lunch, and was so disappointed. Firstly, we were the only ones in line and it took about five minutes for someone to help us. While the lady was helping us, shewas literally having a conversation, with her coworker while taking the order. So everything that I was saying, I had to keeprepeating, because she did not hear me due to her talking. This point, im already frustrated. We get to the checkout, she tellsme all their fountain drinks, are flat. Ok, we get bottle drinks. Rings me up for 1 bottle and 1 fountain drink, and gives methe wrong bottle drink. I correct her, then we get to the table. The nacho chips they serve with every order? STALE!????Almostbroke a tooth. Everything was just so cold, and nasty. Customer service? extra trash. Never ever coming here again.

I went here on Saturday 2. juli about 17 clock and received a great customer service from a dame with long wavy brown hairs. I didn't get their names, but she was very attentive, enthusiastic and very friendly! they win the service I like to see when I go out to eat, make sure that she is appreciated!

The staff was extremely friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. Way better than chipotle,Most definitely will be back!

Moes is my favorite but this one closes at 7 pm in the middle of dinner time? I was shocked and disappointed when I showed up.
