Taco Cabana - Mesquite

Why has nothing been done to correct the service problems at this location? I posted 4 yrs ago the problems that this location has and it still hasn't been corrected. I have never NEVER gotten an order that was correct. My wife last week waited 30 minutes for her food. And the manager gave no indication that she was sorry for the issues. It would surprise me but it doesn't because it has happened to me as well in the past. Just when the memories of bad service pass and we think it still can't be that bad, it still is. Does the owner or Taco Cabana not care??? Try secret shoppers to check your service please.

KaLeah was very disrespectful to my mother tonight. My mother was telling KaLeah that she was missing food from her order and KaLeah was very rude to her. KaLeah told my mother well, I didn't have to make your food. And walked away. The manager was standing there and heard it all. KaLeah needs some coaching on customer service. My mother wasn't rude to KaLeah, she was simply asking for the food that she paid for. As they were leaving, my family was lingering in the parking lot talking and KaLeah kept coming out and glaring at my teenaged niece. I live in this area and frequent your store at least twice a month. My hope is that someone ues this as a learning lesson for KaLeah. Maybe some more customer service training or simply treating others as you'd like to be treated. Even my 7 yr old niece was disturbed by KaLeah's behavior. She felt compelled to tell KaLeah and the manager that my mom just had surgery so be nice to her.

Took ridiculously long for my order, there wasn’t even that many people there. Tacos came cold. Bad service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was good, but they did get our order wrong. My wife ordered carne asada tacos on flour tortillas with no onions. I asked for the pulled pork hatch tacos meal on flour tortillas. My wife received 2 plain pulled pork tacos loaded with onions on corn tortillas, and I received 3 carne asada tacos on corn tortillas with the meal. We didn't bother with taking it back. We just switched it around and ate what we had. Service: Dine in
