Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Mesquite

Great place to have a meal with your family. Nice atmosphere, friendly service, and presentable dining area. Food is not over priced is delicious! Alcohol mixed drinks appetizers were good. The croissants w/ honey butter, spinach dip w/ chips, New Orleans Pasta were awesome!

Cheddar has upgraded big time. The Butter Croissants they serve, instead of the chips, was such a game changer, they were DELICIOUS!. The croissants just melt in your mouth and leave you with a smile. I ordered a burger ,it looked delicious and juicy. However, the patty did lack seasoning and character, but i still ate it because it was still edible. My partner got a grilled cheese . The toasty buttery grilled cheese was the best grilled cheese i have ever eaten, so simple , but im glad Cheddars didnt mess it up. I Would love to see if Cheddars could add sweet potatoes fries to their menu, if so, i would be there every week. Plenty of parking and can be very busy on the weekends. The restaurant was clean and the workers were so kind and nice, they deserve to be treated kind everyday. Overall , i enjoyed my food and the new experience after years of not eating there.This location has managed to upgrade and run their business better. I will be coming back for another yummy lunch.

I brought my family to this place from Eastman Georgia and we really enjoyed each other. The food was really good and the restaurant was clean. Our server Jasmine was excellent! Child-friendly: A family-friendly location. Parking: We arrived at a weekday at 4 p.m. and we didn't fight to find a parking space near the door. Accessibility: There is wheelchair access to the door and space enough on the inside as well.

We were assigned to our table and are waiting there literally another 20 min only for someone to ask us what drinks we want, but another family sits right after us and they have help much faster than us. I think the waitress didn't help us and gave us no good service because we are Hispanic, some as I felt that she was racist, very disappointed. We're the same as we don't get here, at least the food was delicious.

I rarely leave reviews, but this is the exception. We had the best waitress ever. Her name was Kandace and she was great. She welcomed us immediately and took our drinks orders immediately. She quickly returned and answered every question about the menu with know-how. The appetizer was quick and the food followed in time. She was so pleasant and smart. I'd just return for her alone. Good work Chedder's attitude a superstar!
