フィードバックを提供するThere were only 3 employees during the dinner rush, so I'm not directing this at them because they got stiffed. We went in and ordered, and the food was awful. I was missing a patty on the burger, the buns were soggy like it had been sitting in there since lunch and the frosty was disgusting. For how expensive they are, it's not worth it. Unless that meal gets refunded, or they actually properly staff their store I'm done with Wendy's, it was dumb to go anyway when an In n out is nearby.
I visited Wendy's twice in the past few weeks, and both times, I experienced long wait times. A couple of weeks ago, I waited 30 minutes to place my order in the drive-thru, despite only having one car in front of me. I thought it might just be a busy night, which is understandable, but even 30 minutes is a long time to wait just to order food. Tonight, I went with my family and encountered the same issue; we waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru and eventually decided to go inside to order because the wait was so long. Unfortunately, we then waited an additional 25 minutes inside. That’s almost an hour total! It’s absolutely ridiculous—something needs to be done to get this organized!
My experience at Wendy's was quite disappointing. First, they were out of chili, which was frustrating. I ordered a Biggie Bag with a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, and despite it being only 10:45 AM when I placed my order—there were just two people ahead of me—I ended up waiting until 11:17 AM for my food. I honestly couldn't believe it. It felt like they had only just started preparing dinner! On a positive note, the Sprite was good, which was the only highlight of my visit. Overall, it felt like a waste of both time and money.
My UberEATS order was canceled, but the restaurant kept my name on file for the next time, so I can get the missing item from my order. The staff and manager really impressed me, and I'd give them a big bonus for their service. However, the customers inside the restaurant weren't exactly great. It's not the restaurant's fault, but I can't overlook the disruptive behavior of some patrons. Unfortunately, the restaurant can't refuse service to anyone just because they're difficult. To avoid being harassed, I prefer to either pick up my order myself or have it delivered.
This place is terrible. the staff is rude and slow, I thought it might be me. the next visit we tried the journey through. to my shame it was even worse, extremely long waiting times. this place should close the doors. please stop bleeding and close this position!
