Wendy's - Mesa

The dining room closes when there are a lot of customers. The staff never checks orders at the window, and I've had several experiences where they seem to vanish. The portions are never that large, and I've decided to steer clear of this place.

I wouldn’t recommend this place! I was looking forward to a $15 meal, but it took 20 minutes just to place my order. I asked for a Baconator and ended up with a simple chicken sandwich. I requested a medium drink but got something icy instead. I ordered a Diet Dr. Pepper for health reasons and received a regular one instead. They even forgot my fries on the order, although they corrected that after I mentioned it. To top it off, they don’t provide a receipt, probably hoping customers won’t come back to address any issues. Overall, my experience was frustrating, and I have no idea what went wrong.

Our orders are sometimes mixed up, but the staff is always friendly and helpful when that happens. I enjoy eating here more than many other fast-food places because the burgers taste authentic. I also love their chili. Food rating: 4/5.

Live this place great customer service, even if they make a mistake, they are more than happy to correct it and not hire me like mcdonalds personal. good food

Dont go here Food here is literally slapped together and cold sad they don't hold up to the wedys standards my soda was gross frys tasted like the oil they use needs to be clean and I seen people eating in the kitchen as well when I went to get my food thru the drive thru some guys eating and serving at the same time go to any other wendys then this one
