Subway - Mesa

I ordered a foot-long rotisserie chicken bacon ranch sub, along with chips, an oat flour raisin cookie, and a mango-calc drink. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helped me choose my ingredients. However, I was bothered by some homeless individuals who came in and helped themselves to free drinks from the fountain. It felt disrespectful to see them take things without any intention of purchasing anything. I've noticed this happening before, and it detracted from my overall experience.

I asked for a separate 6-in sandwich with redisserie chicken from some other normal toppings. also with some extra meat I asked. when that sandwich was high, it was $17! it is my feeling that if additional items or condiments or anything added to or from a sandwich pump, the price this high for a 6 in the customer should be made aware before making the sandwich. I'm not going back.

We get subway coupon in the mail but you can't use them at this store ? Then why are they wasting paper for? subway ain't that good unless you have a coupon I won't pay full price for that sub

The white boy, Bootleg Jack Harlow that works here is rude as hell. I’m not asking you to find the cure to cancer, or bake tiramisu to perfection… I’m not asking you to give me a pedicure or do anything out your job description. If you hate your job so much…… maybe you should find a different field other than customer service

Kyler expresses gratitude for the excellent customer service he received. He also thanks them for their reassuring message about making changes to his order. The honey mustard on his vegetarian sandwich was delicious, and he appreciates the effort they put into their work. Kyler definitely plans to return to Subway.
