Mcdonald's - Mesa

First they screwed up the order and brought us the wrong things, second they brought us the right order, but the shadows were understated and ****. manager was nice enough to not even fix it, but twice to give a refund. although the third time was cooked in any case, but at least add some flavor. food: 1/5

And then sat and waited for almost thirty minutes for our food. When it came out, everything was cold. So we paid the drinks and got our money back. probably not return. food: 1/5

A terrible customer service through was a bad experience. the hired look upset when I arrived. I overpaid for my eating as the workers do not know how to use their point of sale system, or count with their fingers. to add, eating was not done as desired.

Service sucks and the foods will as good as McDonald's is but I had a nice meal other than the fact that they won't let you in the bathroomFood: 3/5

Don't go inside, I was here at 8am on a Saturday. The floors, tables, restrooms and the soda machine were all filthy. The tables clearly haven't been wiped from the night before. All of the sensors in the restroom were so filthy I couldn't wash my hands. The soda machine was so covered in stuff I lost my appetite. I sat down and was so grossed out I only ate half my food and had to get out of there.
