Jack In The Box - Mesa

This isn't just the worst service I've ever seen at a jack in the box or fast food joint in general.. it's the worst service I've ever received at a place of business of any kind. Three separate times I've come by late at night because it's the only place open near the house at that hour and no one has answered the drive through. This last time I could literally see the employee sleeping in a booth right against the front windows. Now tonight, at a normal hour, I've been sitting in the drive through for at least 20 minutes. Only one kid who works here has ever been polite and respectful as well. I just said thank you to the girl at the window and she stared at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Who does the hiring here? What a terrible job of ownership/management... as a manager myself, I'd fire everyone and try again.

I just sat in line for 20 minutes waiting for an order only for them to tell me they had no cash to give change.

I've been in the south east part of the country for the past 3 years......I can't describe how freaking good this was!!

6:30am on Sunday 7/2. Wondered why no one was answering the drive thru and I drive up to see the only worker in there sleeping. Unbelievably unprofessional.
