フィードバックを提供するThis is not just the worst service I've ever experienced at a Jack in the Box or any fast food restaurant; it's the worst service I've encountered at any business, period. I've visited three times late at night because it's the only place open nearby, and each time, no one answered the drive-thru. On my last visit, I could actually see an employee sleeping in a booth right next to the front windows. Tonight, during normal hours, I've been waiting in the drive-thru for at least 20 minutes. Only one employee here has ever shown any politeness or respect. When I thanked the girl at the window, she looked at me as if I were speaking a different language. Who is responsible for hiring here? This is a clear failure of ownership and management. As a manager myself, I would fire everyone and start fresh.
I waited in line for 20 minutes for my order, only to be told they didn't have any cash to give change.
I've been in the southeastern part of the country for the past three years, and I can't express just how amazing this was!

6:30am on Sunday 7/2. Wondered why no one was answering the drive thru and I drive up to see the only worker in there sleeping. Unbelievably unprofessional.
