Dunkin' - Mesa

I love you. the situation at cooper and basic line they are always fast, thorough and usually friendly, but to be honest, my interactions are less than a minute with them. I love the app that it is so easy to use. I get Dunkin coffee plant at home and when we're on vacation, I'll order Dunkin coffee. it's safe to say that I'm obsessed with dunkin, it's the best.

Coffee was good as usual. better skip the apple frit. the one I got today was hard like a hockey puck. obviously they don't throw out old things.

Management Andrew H. Needs to give Alyssa a raise Recognition for all the hard work she does. She carry’s the team. She definitely has regulars that come only when she’s working. Any time we have come she’s not working our orders are always messed up or taste old. She’s amazing definitely Irreplaceable. She keeps the place on point!!

I have to give a star to post. Went in in begging of June spent 30 and some got kids stuff for Camp because it was close experience was horrible. Valerie and the young girl at window so rude! My items where wrong and sandwiches cold. Overall bad experience called what I thought was the store manager and her name is megan she said she would cover items. I thought it would be like Starbucks but VERY WRONG! They only want to give what I bought but it was one of those one time orders so I asked for just money back and I 'll get my coffee with that and Valerie very much so in the background is telling the so called store manager NO DONT SAY THAT NO WE CANT DO THAT I told megan if your the store manager why is she making all the calls you said I could do this? She the. Said well I can give you 2 coffees now and 2 sandwiches??? Really? I 'm the only one here? Calling DM at this point this Dunkin ' is out I 'll goto stapley or Warner the staff here is so rude! 30.00 is allot and I at first wasn 't asking for money I was asking for credit to just buy stuff there I was being kind. This is so dumb I 'm a Starbucks junkie but they always make everything right and no questions! Yes there are not honest people out there but most part people are honest and I can show my bank account but she needs a receipt from a month ago! When I called megan that day! Ugh GOTO STARBUCKS THEY ARE IN SAME PARKING LOT or go to bosa doughnuts! Or Kristy this place is RUDE RUDE RUDE! And they don 't care about customer service! Ugh

Terrible service, completely rude. Absolutely no line and they rushed my family when trying to order. Didnt care one bit when I stated they were being rude. This location is not worth going to!!
