Great place to shop! Some of the items are extremely discounted. You can't shop for your weekly groceries but you can certainly find items to stock up on. You will find things you can't normally find in one of the local chains. The employees are always friendly and are more than happy to help

All the meat I bought was great. Shopper should check expiry dates and determine whether it is something they use quickly or are ready to eat expired. As long as the buyers know the great grocery prices in their area, they will be able to say what is a real DEAL and what they would be willing to pay the full price for a longer shelf life. Otherwise the staff is friendly, the store is well organized and clean.

Your guarantee is honoured. Some foods I returned for various reasons and refund them without any problems. Buyed frozen baked chicken meat that was excellent, baked and all 5 of us liked it. Grain on the train date was still great, honey, trader Joes Hot Dogs on the train date were still good, organic grass fed beef (frozen was on the train date for months and it was great! Articles I returned... Salad nuts/seeds were rancid, oatmeal granola bars were tasteless, banana chips had no taste and some other things. So you're not afraid to take a chance! (And do not take these things as negative for the store and what they do. So much food is thrown out when it can be sold. Shops like these are wonderful to sell food that is still great!

My husband and I went to the commemorative day. What kind of thing to do for military vests. I went with excitement that lasted all day and prayed for the owner that God will continue to bless him and his business to give away this gift of food. Thank you American Discount Foods. I love your place and love the treasure hunt. I put your research on expired food on the test and everything is good. Only elements I found to use quickly are seeds and nuts that I experiment with everything, and they are perfect. The savings are wonderful and I feel like a very intelligent shopper to expand my budget with your business. Thx u again!

Sometimes good deals, but prices has increased and some stuff around same price as stores. If you want fresh food maybe easier buy grocery store on days that there are sales on items. prices here change daily as come in one day it's this price come back get more price has increased . with that said I'd rather pay going price for something with longer shelf life then stuff here is almost expired or past expired so it's good if you use right away or freeze to use later, but if u shelf iteams for long time this may not be place for you.
