Nando's - Merton

I went tonight with my wife and it was fantastic experience all around (unlike New Malden Nandos. Do not go to this one). Staff were very friendly and attentive (unlike New Malden Nandos. Do not go to this one). Chicken was not dry (which can be the case at New Malden branch. Don't go to New Malden Nandos). It was super enjoyable and we'll be back soon, this is our go-to restaurant if we're ever in the area. Can't wait to return!

Poor food standards, cold food, no seasoning and poor customer service! Disgraceful and no value for money. Go to your local Peri restaurants you will be better of!

I will never return again, very bad service and they tease you with the discounts they offer and non-existence when paying for the food. I am referring to the discounts that the Nandos head offices have for NHS or Go Ahead workers and other companies of 10%. A meal for two people would not exceed 3 or 4 pounds, that 10% and to save that money they prefer to lose to two clients, well, very good for the manager of Colliers Wood

The longest time I've had to wait for food in any Nandos. If you want faster and better service, look elsewhere.

Waited 45 minutes for a takeaway order and wasn't told how long it would be. The box was upside down, so leaked all over. Terrible service.
