Krispy Kreme New Malden - Merton

The service at this restaurant was very disappointing. I arrived with the Hot Light on for my daughter's 7th birthday, which is our tradition of staying up late and getting hot doughnuts. I made sure the light was on before pulling into the restaurant to avoid any disappointment. My daughter excitedly ran in and saw all the doughnuts on the conveyor belt, only to be told that we couldn't purchase any because they were stopping the hot doughnut service. Even when I explained that we only needed a few for her birthday, we were still refused. There were plenty of doughnuts available, so my daughter was very disappointed by this unnecessary situation.

This restaurant always has a lively atmosphere and is a great treat for everyone. The milkshakes are especially refreshing on hot days. Despite being busy, the customer service is consistently excellent.

I requested a single espresso, but when I looked at the till screen, I saw that I was being charged for a double. I informed the staff that I wanted a single, but they only offered to give me two singles instead. They refused to revise the bill. Since I was on a date, I decided not to make a scene. When I asked for unglazed doughnuts, I was told that they don't serve those. The staff suggested that I go to Sainsburys for the best doughnuts.

Treated ourselves to some more Halloween themed doughnuts, as well as some plain ones. If you are a big fan of doughnuts get yourselves here. All yummy.

Popped into Krispy Kreme, Shannon Corner to try the new Halloween doughnuts. Purchased “Frankie” doughnuts which were yummy! Give them a try.
