KFC - Merrylands

I was looking for Oporto when I stumbled upon this KFC, which I guess is relatively new.

Can't understand why this is called KFC - their pricing structure and even product line are different to the usual KFC items.

I ordered on day one a 2 Piece Box and the 2 drum sticks was so small it was just a one bite chicken drum stick this has also occured before previously 2 months ago. Yesterday, day two I ordered a Kentucky Burger Combo and the chicken was thick and big but I could not chew it, it was stringy so I had to cut it with a knife at home and the coleslaw in the burger wasn't very much not like you see on their screen and the bacon was dry and the sauce was a half dry 2cm blob right in the middle under both buns. The Chip were saltless and a bit soft and bland. The Thigh chicken in the 2 Piece Box on day 2 are small and on previous days are also small, they are not big anymore like they were in the 1980's and 1990's.

Sometimes you just feel like a fast food fix. Why is it that customer service and restaurant presentation is not a priority. The meal was acctually not to bad but it is let down by other non food areas. A pity.

Staffs were serving me with a grumpy face, no smilling even I said hello first, maybe something has happened to them
