Dunkin' - Merrimack

Stay away from this location. Visited this morning, charged for a drink I didn't order which drive thru attendant said she was told to add to my order. She attempted to hand me the drink with a straw already in it. They also would not refund the drink Ididn't order.

I've consistently had issues with my coffee orders being incorrect, and the wait times are extremely long. I recommend trying a different Dunkin' instead.

This restaurant is a great choice if you're looking to be overlooked. I stood there for five minutes without anyone greeting me. It felt like I was invisible as customers and staff passed by without even acknowledging my presence.

The staff here are incredibly dedicated and do an excellent job, even when under pressure. Corporate should be proud of their hard work and consider giving them a raise.

I ordered ahead and it was definitely worth it to get the Dunkin' Midnight. The staff was friendly too!
