Skip's Snack - Merrimac

Skip's offers a much-needed escape from the chaos of 2020. It's a nostalgic, traditional American drive-in serving classic dishes. They've made some adjustments due to Covid, including altered hours with a later lunch opening. While there isn't any indoor seating, there's a picnic grove tent area with limited seating available. As always, the food is fantastic, and the service is cheerful. To avoid the crowds, be sure to arrive early or later in the day.

The food here is just as delicious as it was 50 years ago when I was a kid. It has a charming, nostalgic vibe. I still adore the classic Kaeseburger special, which comes with a generous portion of Suzy Q (short) fries. I always enjoy it with a chocolate malt shake...

This restaurant is absolutely one of the coolest restaurants in the area. Whenever I go there, I'm very happy. They receive their very high service and the highest level of dishes they offer. You will surely enjoy this restaurant. Very recommended.

Absolutely love this place!!! Definitely a place to check out for a great burger and fries. They also have Classic Car Events. It's awesome!
