フィードバックを提供するCan't even bother to wear masks. They scoop beef into tacos while their faces are right above the food. Nasty and childish..quite irresponsible.
Staff must need daycare had a child about three years old crying by the food station where they prepare food. I understand these are trying times but we are in a middle of a pandemic. Kid did not have a mask. Nor did the lady call my number when it was timeto give us our food. Not professional demeanor from the lady with no babysitter looked mad. Observation when it comes to mysurroundings and the way a establishment is run should be a concern when it comes to where I?m putting in my money and where I?meating.. after all there is a new strain of this virus out and all precautions should be taken for the safety of all??Taco Bellcorporate should be made aware as well. Not only that I go up there to get a few sauces and the lady moves the other persons baglike I?m steal food. Man I got plenty money to buy whatever food I desire to eat. These female employees should learn somemanners and get a babysitter for the three year old who?s crying over the food station.
I'm baffled by how this location stays in business. I do my best to avoid it, but every time I go late at night, they're inexplicably out of the items I want. It feels like they just want to wrap up for the night and aren't interested in serving customers, even when I've placed an online order in advance. Additionally, during lunchtime on the day shift, I've noticed that with only three cars in the drive-thru—one at the window and two at the speaker—they still take five minutes to take each person’s order. They could easily have taken all three orders at once and served the food back-to-back.
I really enjoyed the new crunchy chicken taco—make sure to order it while it's available! The drive-thru service was fast, and my food was served hot.
I stopped by while driving home from vacation and was disappointed with my experience. Upon entering, no one acknowledged us or offered assistance. When I needed to use the restroom, I found there was no toilet paper. I asked for help, but the staff was rude and mumbled under their breath. It's been a long time since I've been treated like that. To top it off, my order was also incorrect. I'm relieved that I don't have to return there.
