AU Bien Chez Soi - Mérignac

An excellent find! Stopped here for lunch on way to the airport to fly back to Stanstead. Four adults a toddler and baby. This is a lovely French cafe/restaurant with excellent home cooked food - so different from cafes in Britain. Food was cooked to order, a good varied menu and nothing was too much trouble. We spent a couple of hours in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere - the seafood linguine was superb as was the pigeon and the meal for the children.. The staff were delightful and obviously very proud of their establishment. The bonus was that the parking outside the restaurant was free over the lunchtime period! We have a lot to live up to in England! Highly recommended.

Good value for this restaurant that makes efforts to propose original dishes without emptying the leaf door.

When we came back from the movies, we fell on this little discreet restaurant that delighted our taste buds. a simple and delicate kitchen, a pleasant reception and service, for a very suitable note. A nice discovery.

That's a great house! a very nice staff. Everything was really good! Have a redo! The children go back with a little gift and the parents with a smile.

A good restaurant or you feel good. the reception is perfect and the kitchen at the level!!! we'll be back
