Seafood To Go - Meridian

Got the 3# shrimp boil with med seasoning just enough heat to leave a little bit of tingle on your lips. Plenty of food for the 2 of us and leftovers ? Folks were really friendly while we waited for our to go order. If we come back to the area we will visit again.

The service was very good, and we’ve heard so much good about the food, but unfortunately what we got wasn’t that appetizing. My catfish po-boy was not what I expected, it was difficult to even eat because It had so much of some type of sauce on it (something I wished I would have known was on there before ordering) and it was so messy it fell completely apart. The food taste as if the grease either hasn’t been changed out or it’s used for all the same things and you just taste it. Also the pork chop sandwich was very basic .Just bread and meat, and it didn’t live up to the hype. Even the fries were dry and old tasting. I do appreciate the excellent service but I was really hoping for better tasting food.

We came to eat here after driving all day from Texas. Best shrimp po boy I have ever had. All the food was seasoned super awesome and super hot and fresh. The gumbo was excellent. Shrimp and catfish were awesome. We will be making this a stop every time we come through Meridian. Love this place. People are friendly. God bless this place and the people in it

Such a nice man who owns this place. Food was hot and seasoned. I ordered the 1/2lb shrimp boil with 4 sides. The sausages are tasty but small. Prices a lil bit steep compared to amount of food you receive. Overall a good seafood place and great customer service.
