The best bbq in central Ct. Love the pulled pork and pulled chicken but everything is great!!

Cash only! Not bad if you are looking for pulled pork and vinegar based Carolina sauce. Downside, that’s the only sauce. Was disappointed the brisker didn’t seem fresh and wasn’t really tender. Pork was good.

Ribs and cornbread are a 5. The potato salad is southern style and okay, but I am not a good judge as I have only had it a few time. The Mac and cheese was not what I am used to, but had a tasty spicey bite. The ribs are really the star, so tasty and not smothered in a heavy sweet sauce.

The Best BBQ in Ct! If you have ever been to South Carolina, you know they have great BBQ. He brings that style and flavor here!
