Napoli Pizza - Meriden

I have never bought a try before not disappointed good taste fresh ingredients, but if I ordered that they make a mistake I ordered grill chicken pizza I received a buffalo chicken instead of they reacted immediately and friendly after 15 minutes received the right, I will try again for sure that all in my house enjoyed

It seems there are new owners, and unfortunately, the pizza just isn't the same. The speck is really unappetizing. I'm disappointed to say I won't be returning, which is a shame because this used to be my go-to spot in Meriden!

When I brought this up to the new owners, they called the previous owner in front of me. They spoke to him, but after that, they changed their story, saying he couldn't remember anything about gift cards. I then inquired about my Napoli of Meriden gift card, and they told me that when they took over the restaurant, they were never credited for any previously purchased gift cards, meaning mine was no good as well. I told them that what they were doing was illegal. Frustrated, I decided to leave the three pizzas behind and went across town to Bella Luna Pizza instead, which is far better, and the trip was definitely worth it.

I was a lifetime meriden napoli pizza lover. I would drive 35-40 minutes to get her food. Last night, my family and I ate in their restaurant and I noticed that the new owners changed the recipes or ingredients. the pizza was not the same, the teig was thinner and crispy. the pizza pop was too crispy and flakey. Pizza pools should be soft and airy. also the interior objects were not cooked, the paprika were cold. we were extremely disappointed at the changes. napoli pizza is my favorite pizza for 25 years. I'm sorry to say rip napoli pizza in meriden.

I've been ordering pizza from this place for 24 years, and it's the closest thing to authentic New York pizza I've found. However, my last order a month ago left me extremely disappointed. I've always requested sausage on my pizza, usually in slices, but this time it was cut into chunks, which just isn't the same. Please, don't change your recipes and make sure to pay attention to orders. Thank you.
