Subway - Mercer Island

After being closed for a month, I drove by for lunch and noticed the neon sign was back on. When I walked in, I didn’t recognize any of the staff. It was clear that a new manager was in charge, and everything was well organized, indicating he had a lot of work ahead of him. Meet the new owner, Andy, who also owns several other Subways around the Seattle area and decided to take over the Mercer Island location from the previous owner, Mike. He clearly has a vision and has carefully selected a top-notch team from his other stores. They were all friendly and quick, and for the first time ever, my sub was still hot when I got it home. This is not the Mercer Island Subway you remember—it’s so much better!

I visited Subway on Mercer Island for the first time today and ordered my favorite meal, the cold cut combo. I was warmly welcomed by Alex, the sandwich maker, who provided outstanding customer service and made one of the best-tasting sandwiches I've had, using fresh ingredients. I’ll definitely be returning to this location, and I’ll be sure to recommend it to my family and friends!
